NAMENAME is one part strategic advisory, one part creative agency. A dynamic blend that unites heads and hands.

What we do, we do based on an ethos. And it sounds like this:

Once we heard a friend of ours say:“Law is the slowest thing to change in society.” Well, if this is true, then the fastest thing to change might arguably be design.

The first step for turning an idea into reality is to give it shape: first to imagine it, to verbalise and visualise it — and to eventually manifest it by means of technology, organisational structure and communication.

The essential concept of design is to give shape to ideas (or in German ‚Formgebung’).

And before any company or organisation is able to craft solutions for problems, they do exactly that: giving shape to ideas.

Thus, at the very core of every company is its capacity to imagine and articulate (its vision, its ethos, its processes, its products). Yet, we must not forget that imagination is not a mere tool for enabling prospering business.

On behalf of their ideas companies have the the means to vastly alter our surroundings. With this power comes responsibilty to not take action without reflection.

We write these lines in times of deep shift, in midst of a process of rediscovering what it means to act genuinely responsibly as a company.

To design well to its utmost detail every step a company takes is a pure manifestation of care. It is a materialisation of values. And it is a proof of clarity in thinking and considerate action.

Ethics can be found in Aesthetics.

Considering design the fastest thing to change in society makes it an opener of doors to exactly those ideas which will make differences possible (by design).
